  1. Cook pasta:
    Boil linguine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  1. Cook chicken:
    Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan.
  2. Add chicken strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

  1. Make garlic butter sauce:
    In the same pan, add remaining butter.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.

  1. Prepare Alfredo sauce:
    Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  2. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  3. Add Italian seasoning if using.

  1. Combine:
    Return chicken to the pan.
  2. Add cooked linguine and toss until fully coated in sauce.
