🍗 Hungarian Chicken Paprikash (Healthy & Easy)


Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion until soft.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.
  4. Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in yogurt.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Serve with rice, potatoes, or light noodles.
