1. Preheat Oven
Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease or line an 8×8 or 9×9 baking pan.
2. Mix the Batter
In a bowl, combine:
- Angel food cake mix (dry — don’t add water!)
- Lemon pie filling
Stir until fully combined and fluffy.
3. Bake
Pour into your pan and bake for 25–30 minutes,
until the top is lightly golden and set.
4. Cool & Serve
Let it cool completely.
Cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar if you like.
(They firm up as they cool — the texture becomes soft, gooey, and dreamy.)
