- First rise:

- Shape:
Divide dough into portions. - Using oiled hands, stretch each piece into a round (thin center, thicker edges).
- Fry:
Heat oil in a deep pan. - Fry each piece for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
