👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Activate yeast:
    Mix yeast with lukewarm milk and sugar. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.

  1. Make the dough:
    In a bowl, combine flour and salt.
  2. Add yeast mixture and oil, then knead into a soft dough.

  1. Let it rise:
    Cover and let rise for about 1 hour until doubled.

  1. Shape:
    Divide dough into portions.
  2. Stretch each piece by hand into a round shape (thin center, slightly thicker edges).

  1. Fry:
    Heat oil in a deep pan.
  2. Fry each piece for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  3. Drain on paper towels.
