
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a cake pan.
- Beat egg yolks with sugar and vanilla until pale and creamy. Stir in ground walnuts and breadcrumbs.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the walnut mixture.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 30–35 minutes. Let cool completely.
- For the filling, whip the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. In another bowl, beat butter with vanilla, then fold in the whipped cream.
- Slice the cake into layers. Spread the cream filling between layers and over the top.
- Decorate with chopped walnuts and dust with powdered sugar.
