👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, water, and oil into a smooth dough.
  2. Knead well and let rest 30 minutes.
  3. Heat milk, sugar, walnuts, and cinnamon until thick. Cool.
  4. Roll or stretch dough very thin on a floured towel.
  5. Brush with butter and spread walnut filling evenly.
  6. Roll up carefully into a log.
  7. Place on baking tray and brush with butter.
  8. Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes until golden.
  9. Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar.
