
👩🍳 Instructions:
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour and salt, then gradually add to the butter mixture to form a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into two parts. Press one half into a greased baking pan.
- Spread a layer of jam evenly over the dough.
- Grate or crumble the remaining dough over the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let cool completely, then dust with powdered sugar and cut into squares.
