  • 1 lb (450 g) pork fat, ground
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp sweet Hungarian paprika
  • 1 tbsp hot paprika (optional)
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds (optional)
  • ½ cup cold water
