👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until soft, mash, and let cool.
  2. Mix potatoes with flour, egg, butter, and salt to form a soft dough.
  3. Roll dough and cut into squares.
  4. Place a plum in each square, add a little sugar and cinnamon inside, and seal into balls.
  5. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook dumplings until they float (about 5–7 minutes).
  6. In a pan, melt butter, add breadcrumbs, and toast until golden.
  7. Roll cooked dumplings in the breadcrumb mixture.
  8. Sprinkle with sugar and serve warm.
