- In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk.
- Add flour, sugar (if using), salt, and oil. Mix until smooth and lump-free.
- Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes.
- Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
- Pour a thin layer of batter and swirl to cover the pan.
- Cook for about 1–2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
