👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Activate yeast:
    Mix yeast with lukewarm milk and sugar. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Make the dough:
    In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and oil. Knead into a soft dough.
  3. Let it rise:
    Cover and let rise for about 1 hour, until doubled in size.

  1. Shape:
    Divide dough into 6–8 pieces. Flatten each into a round (slightly thinner in the center).

  1. Fry:
    Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry each piece 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  2. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  1. Top and serve:
    Rub with garlic, spread sour cream, sprinkle cheese, and add a pinch of salt.
