
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Make the dough
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Add butter and rub until crumbly.
- Mix in sour cream, egg yolk, and sugar.
- Knead into a soft dough.
- Wrap and chill for 1 hour.
2. Prepare the filling
- Mix ground walnuts, sugar, vanilla, and milk.
- Stir until it forms a thick paste.
3. Shape the cookies
- Roll out dough thin (about 2–3 mm).
- Cut into small triangles.
- Place a little filling at the wide end.
- Roll toward the tip to form crescent shapes (kifli).
4. Bake
- Place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
5. Finish
- Let cool slightly.
- Dust generously with powdered sugar.
