    In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, egg, vanilla, melted butter, and yeast mixture.
  2. Knead into a soft, smooth dough.

    Cover and let rise for 1–1.5 hours until doubled.

  1. Shape chimney cakes:
    Roll dough into long strips.
  2. Wrap strips around a greased rolling pin or cylinder mold, slightly overlapping.

  1. Coat:
    Brush with melted butter and roll in sugar (or cinnamon sugar).

🔥 Bake:

  • Place over a baking tray or grill setup
  • Bake at 180–200°C (350–400°F) for 15–20 minutes, turning until golden and caramelized
