👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
  2. Add eggs and water gradually, stirring until you get a soft, sticky dough (thicker than pancake batter but softer than pasta dough).
  3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  4. Using a spoon, knife, or spaetzle maker, drop small pieces of dough into the boiling water.
  5. Cook until the dumplings float to the surface (about 2–3 minutes).
  6. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain.
