- In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Add eggs and water gradually, stirring until you get a soft, sticky dough (thicker than pancake batter but softer than pasta dough).
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Using a spoon, knife, or spaetzle maker, drop small pieces of dough into the boiling water.
- Cook until the dumplings float to the surface (about 2–3 minutes).
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain.
