- Make the dough:
In a bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar, and salt. - Add cold butter and rub until crumbly.
- Add egg yolks and vanilla, then knead into a smooth dough.
- Chill:
Wrap dough and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours.
- Prepare filling:
Mix ground walnuts, sugar, lemon zest, and enough milk to form a thick paste.
- Shape cookies:
Roll out dough thinly. - Cut into small squares or circles.
- Place a small amount of filling and roll into crescent shapes.
🔥 Bake:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden
- While still warm, dust generously with powdered sugar.
