1. Make the batter
In a bowl, whisk:
- milk
- eggs
- oil/butter
- sugar
- salt
- vanilla
Add flour gradually and whisk until smooth.
The batter should be thin and pourable.
If too thick, add a splash of milk.
Rest batter 15–30 minutes (important for tender crepes).
2. Cook the crepes
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium
- Brush lightly with butter or oil
- Pour a thin layer of batter, swirling to coat the pan
Cook 1–2 minutes until edges lift and tiny bubbles form.
Flip and cook 30 seconds more.
Repeat until batter is gone.

- 2 tbsp sugar

- powdered sugar
- splash of milk
Spread and roll.
🧀 Sweet cottage cheese (Túrós Palacsinta)
Mix:
- cottage cheese (túró)
- sugar
- lemon zest
Fill and fold.
🌙 Poppy seed
Mix ground poppy seed + powdered sugar
Sprinkle and roll.
