🇭🇺🥞 Hungarian Palacsinta (Crepes)

🔥 INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Make the batter

In a bowl, whisk:

  • milk
  • eggs
  • oil/butter
  • sugar
  • salt
  • vanilla

Add flour gradually and whisk until smooth.
The batter should be thin and pourable.
If too thick, add a splash of milk.

Rest batter 15–30 minutes (important for tender crepes).

2. Cook the crepes

  • Heat a nonstick pan over medium
  • Brush lightly with butter or oil
  • Pour a thin layer of batter, swirling to coat the pan

Cook 1–2 minutes until edges lift and tiny bubbles form.
Flip and cook 30 seconds more.

Repeat until batter is gone.
