
⭐ Instructions
1. Prep the seafood
- Season lobster and scallops with salt & pepper.
- Pat scallops very dry so they sear properly.
2. Sear the scallops
- Heat olive oil + 1 tbsp butter in a hot pan.
- Add scallops and cook 1½–2 minutes per side until golden.
- Remove and set aside.
3. Cook the lobster
- In the same pan, melt 2 tbsp butter.
- Add lobster pieces or tails (cut in half).
- Cook 3–5 minutes, spooning butter over the top until opaque and tender.
- Remove and keep warm.
4. Make the garlic butter sauce
- Add remaining butter to the pan.
- Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Add white wine/broth and simmer 1 minute.
- Add lemon juice, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in parsley.
5. Bring it all together
- Return lobster + scallops to the pan.
- Spoon hot garlic butter sauce all over.
- Serve immediately.
