- Sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella.
- Add another layer of sauce.
- Repeat layers 2 more times.
- End with sauce + mozzarella + Parmesan.
- Bake
- Cover with foil (spray foil underside with oil so cheese doesn’t stick).
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake 15–20 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Rest
- Let it rest 10 minutes before slicing—helps it set beautifully.
