🧾 Ingredients (for 1 tray, about 20 slices)
For the dough:
- 3 cups (375 g) all-purpose flour
- ½ cup (120 g) butter or margarine (softened)
- ⅓ cup (70 g) sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- ½ cup (120 ml) warm milk
- 1 packet (7 g) active dry yeast
- Pinch of salt
For the filling:
- 1 ½ cups (150 g) ground walnuts
- 1 cup (200 g) sugar
- 1 ½ cups (350 g) apricot jam (smooth, not too runny)
For the glaze:
- 3 ½ oz (100 g) dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
