
Instructions:
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk with a little sugar; let foam.
- Mix flour, butter, sugar, egg yolks, and salt. Add yeast mixture and knead into a smooth dough.
- Divide dough into 3 equal parts and let rest 30 minutes.
- Mix ground walnuts with sugar.
- Roll out first dough layer and place in a greased baking pan.
- Spread half of the apricot jam, then sprinkle half of the walnut mixture.
- Add second dough layer, repeat jam and walnuts.
- Place final dough layer on top.
- Prick the top with a fork and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
- Melt chocolate with oil, spread over the top evenly.
- Allow chocolate to set, then cut into squares.
