Ingredients:

Dough:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 200 g (7 oz) butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • Pinch of salt

Filling:

  • 1 1/2 cups apricot jam
  • 1 1/2 cups ground walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Topping:

  • 150 g (5 oz) dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp oil or butter
