
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Season the Fish
Pat fish dry.
Season both sides with:
✔ salt
✔ pepper
✔ paprika (optional)
2. Sear
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the fillets and cook 2–3 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
- Remove the fish and set aside.
3. Make the Lemon Butter Sauce
In the same pan, add:
- Butter
- Garlic
Sauté the garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t brown it!).
Add:
✔ lemon juice
✔ lemon zest
Stir and let it simmer for 1 minute.
4. Combine
Place the fish back in the pan.
Spoon the lemon butter sauce over the fillets.
Cook another 1–2 minutes so the flavors blend.

- Steamed rice
- Mashed potatoes
- Roasted veggies
- Fresh green salad
- Garlic butter pasta
