- 2 cups buttermilk (or milk + 1 tbsp vinegar)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cornstarch

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Oil for frying

- Coat: Mix flour, cornstarch, and spices. Dredge chicken well, pressing coating on.
