
Instructions
1. Make the crust
- Mix crumbs + melted butter.
- Press into bottom of a springform pan.
- Chill while you prepare filling.
2. Make the filling
- Beat cream cheese + powdered sugar + vanilla until smooth.
- Add melted white chocolate; mix well.
- Fold in whipped heavy cream gently.
- Spread over crust.
- Chill 4 hours or overnight.
3. Make strawberry topping
- Add strawberries + sugar + lemon to a pan.
- Cook 3–5 minutes until juicy.
- (Optional) Add cornstarch slurry to thicken.
- Cool completely.
- Pour over chilled cheesecake.
4. Serve
Slice and enjoy cold.
