
Instructions
- Mix flour, butter, ground nuts, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt into a soft dough.
- Wrap and chill for 30–60 minutes.
- Shape dough into small crescent (kifli) shapes.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
- While still warm, roll cookies in powdered sugar mixed with vanilla sugar.
- Cool completely before serving.
