Vanilla Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup oil or melted butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until light.
  3. Add oil, milk, and vanilla, mix well.
  4. In another bowl mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Combine dry ingredients with wet mixture.
  6. Fill cupcake liners ¾ full.
  7. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.
  8. Cool before serving. 🧁
