1. Preheat:
Heat oven to 400°F (200°C).

- ground meat, mozzarella, parmesan, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic, seasonings.
Mix gently until just combined (don’t overmix).
3. Shape:
Roll into golf ball–sized balls.
Place them in a baking dish.
4. Bake:
Bake 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
5. Add sauce + cheese:
- Spoon marinara over the meatballs
- Top with mozzarella + parmesan
6. Finish baking:
Return to oven 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbling.
7. Broil (optional):
Broil 2–3 minutes for a golden cheesy crust.
