
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pot and sauté onion until soft. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in paprika.
- Add water or broth and bring to a boil.
- Optional: mix flour with a little water, stir into soup to thicken slightly.
- Beat eggs and slowly pour into the soup while stirring to create ribbons.
- Add vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar if desired.
- Simmer 2–3 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
