
Instructions
- Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Add yogurt and oil, mix well.
- Add flour and baking powder and mix to a smooth batter.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
- Place peach slices on top.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes.
- Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
