
Ingredients
- 500 g cottage cheese (or farmer’s cheese)
- 3 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla)
- 80 g butter (melted)
- 100 g semolina
- 100 ml sour cream
- 80 g raisins
- 1 lemon zest
- pinch of salt
- powdered sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Add cottage cheese, melted butter, sour cream, lemon zest, and salt. Mix well.
- Stir in semolina and raisins.
- Let mixture rest 10–15 minutes so semolina absorbs liquid.
- Pour into a greased baking pan.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Slice and serve warm or cold.
