
Instructions
- Heat honey, butter, sugar, cocoa, and eggs together on low heat.
- Add baking soda and flour, mix to make a dough.
- Divide dough into 4 parts and roll into thin layers.
- Bake each layer at 180°C for 6–8 minutes.
- Cook milk with semolina until thick, cool it.
- Mix butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then combine with the semolina cream.
- Spread cream between the layers.
- Place the last layer on top and dust with powdered sugar.
- Refrigerate 4–6 hours before cutting.
