Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Heat oil in a skillet. Cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk until combined.
- Mix in corn and 1 cup of cheese.
- Spread mixture evenly in baking dish.
- Arrange tater tots on top in a single layer.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese over tots.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
