
Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) egg noodles
- 2 cups (480 ml) milk
- 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (75 g) raisins or sultanas
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Optional: ground cinnamon or powdered sugar for topping
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and melted butter.
- Combine noodles and raisins in the baking dish, pour egg mixture over. Mix gently.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until the pudding is set and golden on top.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon or powdered sugar before serving.
