- In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream and butter over medium heat.
- Stir until the butter melts completely.
- Add the powdered erythritol and stir until dissolved.
- Simmer gently (do not boil!) for 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reduces and thickens slightly.
- Let it cool — it will thicken more as it cools.
📝 Tips:
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- Reheat gently if it thickens too much.
- Use in place of traditional condensed milk in baking or drinks.
