
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir constantly until the sweetener dissolves and mixture begins to bubble gently.
- Simmer gently for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reduces by about half and thickens.
- Remove from heat. It will thicken more as it cools.
- Let it cool, then store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
💡 Notes:
- For ultra-smooth texture, blend it for a few seconds after it cools.
- If using allulose, it won’t crystallize when cold like erythritol sometimes does.
- Great for keto recipes, no-bake desserts, and sugar-free fudge!
