Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir constantly until the sweetener dissolves and mixture begins to bubble gently.
  3. Simmer gently for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reduces by about half and thickens.
  4. Remove from heat. It will thicken more as it cools.
  5. Let it cool, then store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.

💡 Notes:

  • For ultra-smooth texture, blend it for a few seconds after it cools.
  • If using allulose, it won’t crystallize when cold like erythritol sometimes does.
  • Great for keto recipes, no-bake desserts, and sugar-free fudge!
