1. Heat
Add cream, butter and sweetener to a saucepan.
Heat on medium-low, stirring often.
2. Simmer
Let it gently simmer for 10–12 minutes, until thickened and reduced.
Don’t boil aggressively — it can separate.
3. Cool
Remove from heat.
It will thicken a lot more as it cools.
Pour into a jar and refrigerate.
