Sugar-free condensed milk with just 3 ingredients

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Heat

Add cream, butter and sweetener to a saucepan.
Heat on medium-low, stirring often.

2. Simmer

Let it gently simmer for 10–12 minutes, until thickened and reduced.
Don’t boil aggressively — it can separate.

3. Cool

Remove from heat.
It will thicken a lot more as it cools.

Pour into a jar and refrigerate.

🧊 Storage:

  • 1 week in the fridge
  • Warm gently to soften before using

🍽️ How to use it:

  • Keto brigadeiros
  • Cheesecake
  • Coffee sweetener
  • Flan / pudding
  • Frosting / fillings
  • “Dulce de leche” style desserts

💡 Tips:

  • If it looks too thin: keep simmering a few more minutes
  • If it becomes grainy: blend for 5–10 seconds
  • Want it very thick? Use 3 tbsp butter

🌿 Dairy-Free / Vegan Version:

Use coconut cream + coconut oil + sweetener
and simmer until reduced.

🤤 Texture:

Smooth, creamy, slightly buttery
— just like classic condensed milk, but without sugar!
