
Instructions
1. Blend
Add everything to a blender:
- powdered milk
- hot water
- sweetener
Blend for 2–3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
2. Thicken
Pour into a jar and let it rest for 15–20 minutes — it thickens as it cools!
3. Use or chill
Use immediately, or refrigerate for up to 7 days.
For a thicker version (like for diet brigadeiro):
Chill for 1–2 hours and it becomes beautifully dense.
Optional Add-Ins
✨ 1 tbsp butter → richer, more authentic flavor
✨ ½ tsp vanilla → dessert-like flavor
✨ Pinch of salt → enhances sweetness
✨ 1 tbsp heavy cream → ultra creamy
Tips
- If using erythritol, the mixture thickens but may crystallize slightly — allulose gives the smoothest texture.
- For extra thick condensed milk, use ¾ cup water instead of 1 cup.
