
Instructions:
- Heat the Milk
- Pour the milk into a medium saucepan and place over medium-low heat.
- Add the sweetener and stir until completely dissolved.
- Simmer Slowly
- Let the mixture simmer gently (not boil) for 35–45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- It should reduce by about half and become creamy and slightly thicker.
- Add Butter & Cool
- Stir in the butter until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and let cool — it will thicken more as it cools.
- Store
- Pour into a clean jar and refrigerate for up to 7–10 days.
- Rewarm gently before using if it firms up too much.
