Sugar-Free Condensed Milk with Just 3 Ingredients

Instructions:

  1. Heat the Milk
    • Pour the milk into a medium saucepan and place over medium-low heat.
    • Add the sweetener and stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Simmer Slowly
    • Let the mixture simmer gently (not boil) for 35–45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    • It should reduce by about half and become creamy and slightly thicker.
  3. Add Butter & Cool
    • Stir in the butter until melted and smooth.
    • Remove from heat and let cool — it will thicken more as it cools.
  4. Store
    • Pour into a clean jar and refrigerate for up to 7–10 days.
    • Rewarm gently before using if it firms up too much.

💡 Tips:

  • For extra creaminess, add 2 tbsp heavy cream at the end.
  • Use powdered sweetener for a smoother texture.
  • Perfect for keto, diabetic-friendly, and sugar-free desserts!
