Sauté chopped onion with the meat for 3–4 minutes. Add garlic and cook another 1 minute. - Add sauce and seasoning:
Stir in marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, oregano, and Italian seasoning. Simmer on low for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste. - Combine and serve:
Toss the cooked spaghetti with the sauce or serve it ladled on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh herbs if you like.
