
🥣 Instructions:
1. Make the sponge cake:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.
- Gently fold in flour and cocoa powder.
- Spread in a greased baking pan and bake for 15–20 minutes. Let cool, then cut into small cubes.
2. Prepare the cream:
- In a saucepan, heat milk and sugar.
- Mix flour or cornstarch with a little cold milk, then stir into the hot milk. Cook until thickened.
- Let cool slightly, then beat in butter and vanilla until smooth.
3. Assemble:
- In a serving dish, layer sponge cubes, cream, walnuts, and raisins. Repeat layers if desired.
- Pour melted chocolate over the top.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Optionally, add whipped cream on top for extra indulgence.
