
Instructions:
- Cook the Beef

- Stir to combine.
- Slow Cook
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until vegetables are tender.
- Add the Creaminess
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in butter, milk, and shredded cheese.
- Mix well and let everything melt together into a rich, cheesy soup.
- Serve
- Ladle into bowls and top with bacon bits, extra cheese, or chopped green onions.
