- In a bowl, combine the grated mix with egg, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until it holds together.
3. Pan-Fry:
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture and flatten gently in the pan.
- Fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides (about 3–4 minutes per side).
4. Drain & Serve:
- Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve warm with sour cream, applesauce, or a sprinkle of herbs.
