
⭐ Instructions
- Season shrimp and cod with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat 1 tbsp butter + oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes, just until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Add the cod to the pan and cook 3–4 minutes, until just flaky. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add remaining butter and sauté the onion 2–3 minutes (optional).
- Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds, stirring.
- Pour in the broth and simmer 1–2 minutes.
- Stir in the cream and simmer gently 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add Parmesan, stir until melted and creamy.
- Add lemon juice, then return the shrimp and cod to the sauce.
- Simmer 1–2 minutes, taste and adjust seasoning.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
