Shrimp and Cod in Creamy Garlic Sauce

⭐ Instructions

  1. Season shrimp and cod with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp butter + oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes, just until pink. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add the cod to the pan and cook 3–4 minutes, until just flaky. Remove and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add remaining butter and sauté the onion 2–3 minutes (optional).
  6. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds, stirring.
  7. Pour in the broth and simmer 1–2 minutes.
  8. Stir in the cream and simmer gently 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  9. Add Parmesan, stir until melted and creamy.
  10. Add lemon juice, then return the shrimp and cod to the sauce.
  11. Simmer 1–2 minutes, taste and adjust seasoning.

Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
