Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup cooked minced meat (or spinach & cheese for a vegetarian option)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Steps:
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add cooked minced meat, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and let cool.
- Assemble the Parcels:
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square, fold corners to the middle, and seal.
- Bake:
- Brush with egg wash for a golden finish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve:
