Soft, fluffy dough rolled with creamy cheese and colorful vegetables — perfect for snacks, parties, or dinner.


🛒 Ingredients

Dough

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2¼ tsp instant yeast
  • ¾ cup warm milk
  • ¼ cup warm water
  • 3 tbsp oil or melted butter

Filling

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella (or mix mozzarella + cheddar)
  • ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, finely diced
  • 2–3 green onions, chopped
  • Optional: olives, corn, mushrooms
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning

Topping (optional)

  • Extra shredded cheese
  • Tomato sauce or ketchup (light drizzle)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Make the dough
    • Mix warm milk, water, sugar, and yeast. Rest 5 minutes.
    • Add oil, salt, and flour. Knead until soft and smooth.
    • Cover and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.
  2. Prepare filling
    • Mix cream cheese with salt, pepper, and seasoning.
    • Chop all vegetables finely.
  3. Assemble
    • Roll dough into a large rectangle.
    • Spread cream cheese evenly.
    • Sprinkle vegetables, then shredded cheese.
  4. Roll & cut
    • Roll tightly from the long side.
    • Slice into 1½-inch rolls.
    • Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Bake
    • Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
    • Optional: drizzle with a little tomato sauce and extra cheese.
    • Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve
    • Let cool slightly and enjoy warm 😍
