Savory Cheese Muffins

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  2. Prepare the Filling
    In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt until smooth and well combined. Stir in the parsley if desired.
  3. Shape the Dough
    Flatten each biscuit dough piece slightly and place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center. Fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal it.
  4. Assemble the Muffins
    Place each stuffed biscuit seam-side down in the muffin tin. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  5. Bake
    Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and puffy.
