
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease a medium-sized baking dish or line it with parchment paper. - In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and slightly frothy.
- Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla (if using). Mix well.
- Sift in the flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth and lump-free.
The batter will be quite liquid—this is normal. - Pour the batter into your baking dish.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until golden and set in the center.
You can insert a toothpick—if it comes out clean, it’s ready! - Let it cool slightly before cutting. Serve warm or chilled.
🍶 Optional toppings:
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar or cinnamon
- Drizzle with condensed milk
- Serve with whipped cream or fresh fruit
