Quick & Easy Homemade Ice Cream (No Machine)

🔹 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480 ml) cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (14 oz / 395 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

That’s it — just 3 ingredients!


🔹 Instructions:

Step 1: Whip the Cream

  • In a large bowl, whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Step 2: Mix

  • In another bowl, mix condensed milk and vanilla.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
  • Don’t overmix — keep it light and fluffy.

Step 3: Freeze

  • Pour into a freezer-safe container.
  • Smooth the top.
  • Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

🍫 Flavor Ideas:

  • Chocolate: Add ½ cup cocoa powder or melted chocolate.
  • Strawberry: Fold in ½ cup strawberry puree.
