🛒 Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled
- 1 small onion
- 1 egg
- 2–3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cloves garlic, grated (optional but traditional)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Oil, for frying
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Grate
Grate the potatoes and onion finely.
Squeeze out excess liquid very well.
2️⃣ Mix
Add egg, flour, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Mix until you get a thick batter.
3️⃣ Fry
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Drop spoonfuls of batter and flatten slightly.
4️⃣ Cook
Fry 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
5️⃣ Drain & Serve
Place on paper towels and serve hot.
